With a focus on seasonal local ingredients, Mildred’s Temple Kitchen alters its menus according to what’s freshest and the whims of its chef. The Table for Two menu ignites appetites with Italian bread soup, then plates shareable gnocchi poutine and shrimp and crab cakes awakened from a midday siesta by spicy coconut sauce. The main course ushers in an oven-roasted chicken breast resting between sweet tomato relish, garlic potatoes, and fresh seasonal greens or a side salad; an Italian affogato pairs Lindt milk-chocolate ice cream with hot espresso and biscotti for dessert.
