How It Works
Your tandem skydiving program includes 90 minutes of ground preparation, which features an orientation video, registration, and rehearsal on a mockup aircraft. After learning the fundamentals, you’ll gear up in a provided skydiving jumpsuit, harness, helmet, and altimeter before boarding the aircraft with your instructor. Once you reach an altitude up to 13,000 feet, you and your instructor will enjoy up to 45 seconds of freefall, after which the ripcord is pulled to open the parachute. Once it opens, you’ll experience a five-minute panoramic canopy ride down to the landing field. The scenic view includes beautiful Lake Simcoe, the sprawling city of Barrie, the aerial view of Highway 400, and the dramatic Toronto skyline.
