To start, you’ll have six one-hour sessions within the first two weeks of the program — these classes max out at four people, so you can expect plenty of attention as you learn the ropes. Once you have a good knowledge of lifts and training, you’ll be able to practice what you’ve learned in regular CrossFit classes — which makes for a smooth transition for beginners. If you’ve done CrossFit before but want more instruction on proper movements, you’re welcome to join the Foundations program as well.
