The Chickery is a new Fast-Casual concept from celebrity chef David Adjey, where the mandate is to use only quality, authentic ingredients to make delicious food people can eat feel good about eating. Located on Spadina with the entrance off Camden Street, The Chickery works hand-in-hand with Beretta Farms to offer delicious free-range chicken that not only tastes phenomenal, but is free of antibiotics, steroids and other harmful radicals that shouldn’t be a part of food to begin with. All of their chickens are prepared with a special brine, spiced and then slow cooked using an in-house rotisserie flame. Today’s deal comes with a 1/4 of one of these gourmet chickens, a choice of 2 Chickery Sides (all made from scratch of course) like sautéed collard greens, potato salad, classic mac ‘n’ cheese & more; as well as a choice of dipping sauce (house gravy, smoky BBQ, plum, or buttermilk ranch).
