What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We are a boutique patisserie and café serving fine pastries, cakes, chocolates and savouries as well as illy coffee and tea. All our products are made in-house using real and high quality ingredients.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Our pastry chef and co-owner, Feri, is an internationally trained and experienced pastry chef and sugar artist. Prior to this, she was teaching pastry arts in her own school in GTA. She was encouraged by all her students to open a boutique patisserie where people can enjoy her creations.

What do you love most about your job?

Feri enjoys making delicious and artistic pastries, cakes and chocolates. She loves innovating new things and loves when customers enjoy her creations.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?

We have received very positive feedback from our customers like “the best pastry they every had”, “chic and sleek place with good customer service” and “being to the roof when tasting one of our products”. They are mostly surprised with the quality and elegance of our products.
