The wine-making experience occurs over two visits. In the first, guest choose a beverage before activating the yeast and adding it to the juice or wort. The wine is then racked and filtered in a climate controlled facility where it stays for four–eight weeks. Once the wine is ready, a second appointment is schedule to bottle the wine with automatic fillers. Guests can bring their own bottles or purchase new ones. Labels, corks, and foils are included. Guests receive 30 bottles of wine and can bring as many people as they’d like.
