Omelets aren’t limited to morning hours at Eggsmart, where breakfast is served all day. And you’ll need those extra hours to get through the menu, where nearly a dozen different varieties of four-egg omelets come stuffed with smoked salmon, Mediterranean-style chicken, or sautéed mushrooms and other fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The family-friendly restaurant also serves up child-size portions that include chocolate-chip pancakes, whose syrup can be used as an impromptu pencil when filling out the word search on the kids’ menu.

The restaurant’s known best for its egg dishes, but its inventive burgers are a close second. The Heart Break burger, for instance, caters to adventurous diners and aspiring Elvis impersonators with a mound of bananas, peanut butter, and crispy bacon, and the Greek Feast comes with kalamata olives and feta cheese piled nearly as high as Mount Olympus, if Mount Olympus was covered in olives and cheese.
