Sake Bar Kushi takes its name both from the popular Japanese spirit made with fermented rice and from kushi—wooden skewers speared with savory meats. Diners sip from a menu of 40 different fine sakes, perfect for pairing with torched unagi eel or plump gyoza dumplings.
