The Deal

With the guidance of on-site winemakers, customers choose one red or white juice: Italian red blend, or California white blend. They then pour their juice into a 20-litre container, which they pass off to winemakers, who oversee the six- to eight-week fermentation process. Once ready, the new wine fills up to 26 bottles—which customers can label and seal with included labels, corks, and shrinks.

Although bottles are not included in this deal, customers may bring their own or purchase them at an additional cost ($1 each).
