GoBabu.com Acquired by Buytopia.ca – National Brands and Greater Selection of Local Deals

Today marks a special day for both you and GoBabu! After almost an entire year of creating amazing memories together, we are pleased to announce that as of August 17th 2012 GoBabu has been acquired by Buytopia.ca.

Buytopia offers Canadians the ultimate group buying experience. They offer deals for your favourite restaurants, spas, grocery stores and more. But hold on to your hats, they also work with some of Canada’s biggest national brands including Sears, Staples, La Vie en Rose and Cirque Du Soleil. This adds up to the most exclusive daily deals in the true North, strong and free.

How does this affect you?

We’ve put together a transition FAQ which explains how your account will be transferred to Buytopia.

For those of you who are less detail oriented, here’s a quick summary: Until the end of August, your daily deal emails from GoBabu will be beefed up to feature exclusive content from Buytopia.ca. Starting September 1st, your daily deal subscription and your GoBabu account will be transferred over to Buytopia.ca along with any credits you’ve been squirreling away for the winter.

The GoBabu website will remain active for you to access and print vouchers purchased before the transition. Additionally, our customer support team will continue providing assistance for all these purchases.
