For the longest time The Chef On 2 Wheels was known around town as The Soon 2 Be Chef On 4 Wheels. He eventually became a chef and got the training wheels taken off of his bike, trimming his name down to the much more concise moniker we enjoy today!

The Chef On 2 Wheels, Pino Padula, left his native land of Bari, Italy and came to Toronto. He has a zest for life and an uncommon passion for traditional flavours deeply rooted in the Puglia region of Italy.

Pino worked as an executive chef at many restaurants throughout the GTA, one being Toula’s Restaurant located at the top floor of the Weston Harbour Castle. He has also served as the official cater for the Missoni fashion shows in Toronto and the Toronto Film Festival. His passion for his craft has allowed him to adopt new Traditional regional styles and make them his own. He continues to extend his creativity by providing customized service and extraordinary cuisine.
