Start Your Karate or Cardio Kickboxing Training Today!
Prospective students may visit to observe a class and meet Sensei Michael Palitti. Before visiting, check the class schedule to determine whether you wish to observe a junior, senior, beginning, intermediate, or advanced level class. The new student will learn the basic skills necessary to begin training, including the rules of the dojo, formal bowing, how to enter and exit the dojo, care of the uniform, and basic techniques.
