The puntilla en salsa de mostaza, a grilled black-angus sirloin served over house-cut fries ($9.95), proves that shareables can have hearty hearts, as does the lengua a la Vizcaina, tongue surrounded by a tomato-based Vizcaina sauce ($9.95).
