The instructors at Cirque-ability will teach you how to twirl, jump, and swirl in thin air during a 75-minute silk, trapeze, or hoop aerial class in its large, open facility. Tumble, climb, and wrap yourself within the luxurious arms of silk tendrils in the silk class, learning poses that wake hibernating muscles up and make them salute for a much needed after-nap stretch. The static trapeze course utilizes knee hangs and monkey rolls to build upper body and core strength while channeling your inner flying squirrel. The hoop class teaches you to spin your way up, down, and around the aerial hoop, contorting your body to gracefully fit in new and interesting ways within the 360-degree circumference.

Cirque-ability ensures that there is at least one coach for every six students, meaning you will get the personalized attention you need to overcome gravity’s cruel, tyrannical restrictions. Although today’s Groupon has a purchasing limit of one per person, you are free to buy up to 11 as gifts and schedule a private group class for you and six to 12 friends. Group classes can be in a focused aerial class format, or your group can opt for a “try everything” class, which includes silks, trapeze, hoop, hammock, chocolate-covered grasshoppers, and acrobatics in an easy-going atmosphere.
